What is your current job title and responsibilities (please make sure we know your College, Department, etc.)?
Instructor at the Rosen College of Hospitality Management, teaching Hospitality Strategic Management and Leadership, Hospitality Human Resources, and Hospitality Communications.

What is your history at UCF? (past job titles, responsibilities)
Formerly I was an adjunct professor at Rosen College of Hospitality Management.

What is your favorite UCF memory?
My husband, daughter, and son-in-law all graduated from UCF with 2 undergraduate and 2 graduate degrees between them!  Now we are a UCF family, with the next generation ready to become Knights.

If you could change one thing at UCF, what would it be? ($ and time no object)
A 5-minute speed train between Rosen College and main campus would be very helpful.

What is one piece of advice you would like to share with your colleagues?
We have a special privilege to develop our students to meet their full potential.

What is your favorite restaurant or food?
I love Mexican food and I love chocolate.

If UCF was going to name something in your honor, what would you like it to be and why?
A quiet room for reflection (think spa environment with soft lighting and music and aromatherapy).

If you could have lunch with anyone at UCF (who you do not normally eat lunch with), who would you choose and why?
I would have lunch with professors who have had great success in teaching across our university.

Who at UCF would you like to thank for your success?
Dr. Deborah Breiter for her encouragement to teach as an adjunct at Rosen College.
Dr. Po-Ju Chen for her support, and for sharing opportunities for growth at UCF with me.

Name and describe a teacher or researcher from your past who truly inspired you and why.
Dr. Rick Bommelje, Dr. Robert Prescott, and Dr. Fevzi Okumus have all been great mentors to me.

What undergraduate or graduate class/program/experience inspired you the most and why?
I loved both my Master of Human Resources and Master of Business Administration programs.
