What is your current job title and responsibilities?
Director, Student Leadership Development. Oversee the LEAD Scholars Program, Lead Out Loud leadership programs and various other leadership events.
What is your history at UCF? (past job titles, responsibilities)
Attended UCF in 1997-1998 and received my MA in Counselor Education. Returned to UCF in 2001 as Asst. Director for LEAD Scholars. Was then promoted in 2005 to Associate Director and then Director in 2010
What is your favorite UCF memory?
Being awarded the Gabor Excellence Award in 2012.
If you could change one thing at UCF, what would it be? ($ and time no object)
I would love for financial aid to be increased so that every student had the chance to receive a full package of aid including loans, scholarships and grants.
What is one piece of advice you would like to share with your colleagues?
Join various UCF committees to increase your knowledge of campus.
What is your favorite restaurant or food?
I love the Cheesecake Factory!
What is your favorite book or movie or song?
Top Gun, enough said;)
If UCF was going to name something in your honor, what would you like it to be?
I have spent almost 12 years with the LEAD Scholars Program and I would be so honored if the program was named after me.
If you could have lunch with anyone at UCF, who would you choose and why?
I would choose to eat with all of the women administrators to allow them to share their successes.
